A Glimpse into Summer Camp on Zoom

As the summer staff transitioned into a new world of summer camp on zoom, they knew they would need to think out of the box for classes. Here is a peek into a couple of the great options that the students could choose from on Thursdays.

Every Thursday at 10:45am, join Ms. Zalima, Ms. Zanj and Mr. Zandrew as they do Zumba in a variety of Z styles.

This week they all dressed as animals you would find in a zoo (and yes, the cow was up for debate, but it was decided you can find them in a petting zoo and so it counted). Next week they will all be zombies.

Join Ms. Wilma and Mr. Woodrow in Wood Works. Find out what their completed projected will be this summer! The final project gets to go to one faithful camper! However, in recent events- their project has been postponed because their neighbor (Ms. Meredith Woodworm) has become increasingly irritated with the noise of the orbital saw and has stolen all of Wilma and Woodrows tools. Will they find them? Will they be able to complete the task they set out to do? Find out in Wood Works!

And those are just two of the options!
Others include:

  • Science Fever
  • Wilmington’s Top Chef
  • Magic Tricks
  • Becoming Word Wise
  • Let’s Twist (yoga)
  • Creative Crafters
  • Wilmington Ninja Warrior
  • Sowing Seeds
  • Spunky Spanish
    … and more!

  1. This looks like so much fun. I am proud of Ms. ZALIMA, although the cow is questionable. LOL HUGS.
