UrbanPromise International (UPI) was established in 2008 with the mission to prepare emerging leaders to initiate, develop, and sustain Christian-based youth development organizations and to seed their new ministries as they serve vulnerable children and teens in our world’s most under-resourced communities.
UrbanPromise School of Entrepreneurial Leadership (UPSEL)
UPI offers fellowship through UPSEL designed to replicate the UrbanPromise model globally. Fellowships are comprised of two major components:
- Internships with UrbanPromise Camden or Wilmington
- Participation inthe UPSEL course and leadership development activities
Fellows invest a year learning entrepreneurial leadership and developing a ministry proposal. Accepted proposals will be supported by UPI with people and resources and people for up to 5 years.
