UrbanPromise interns are talented, servant hearted young people who work with children and families in Wilmington, Delaware. They invest in a diverse, Christ-centered community. They work together to learn about urban issues, combat stereotypes, and develop a vision for the future where God’s children can thrive. UrbanPromise interns live in community, in the neighborhoods of our city. They serve in programs across the ministry and walk beside students and families building relationships, learning from other cultures, and living out their faith in exciting and tangible ways. Each person who took a step of faith to serve with us for a year, planted seeds, and bore fruit and we are eternally grateful.
