Individual and Business Sponsorship Opportunities
Please consider a corporate sponsorship of our upcoming annual banquet on October 23, 2014. Your business name will be included in our program and displayed on-screen during the event for our 600 guests.
You can select from the following sponsorship levels:
-Benefactor ($5000 and above)
-Sponsor ($2500-$4999)
-Partner ($1000-$2499)
There are two ways to become a sponsor; through mail or online.
- Mail: Print the form and mail it in along with a check. (download from here)
- Online: Select your giving level and click the donate now button. Follow the steps on the Click & Pledge page. On the page with your billing information, fill out the questions on the bottom which will match those on the form.
