Arkansas Spring Break Trip 2015

Each year, Ms. Kristin takes five of her after-school program students home with her to North Little Rock, Arkansas for the Spring Break trip of a lifetime!  During their trip, they visit historical locations such as Lorraine Motel/National Civil Rights Museum and Little Rock Central High School.  They also go on adventures, such as climbing Pinnacle Mountain, exploring Petit Jean State Park, checking out the Memphis Zoo, and going kayaking.
We will have a few new activities this year: a trip to Ouachita Baptist University (where trip co-leader Katie went to college), and going to see “Mary Poppins” at the Rep Theatre. Of course, Ms. Kristin and Ms. Katie (a native of Texas) also look forward to introducing their incredible students to each of their families!
