You Can Help Change the Future!

We’ve reached $123,668 of our $115,000 goal!
Our future, yours and mine, is made of names. Two of them are Najah and Kionne. Meet the future in this short video clip:
I know these young leaders and I admire them. Najah and Kionne give me great hope about our future. I’m asking you to invest in the future – their future and ours.
This Saturday an armada of 50 canoes will paddle 8 miles down the Christina River and land in Wilmington. It’s a fundraiser for UrbanPromise to provide the jobs that Najah and Kionne discuss in the video. They and dozens of other Teens will participate in our StreetLeader® job training program this year. It is the best workforce development program in the state.
The StreetLeader role is much more than a job. It is impact, role modeling, and leadership development. It is earned achievement, character development, confidence building, faith engaging, and life changing. Giving our Teens a job as a StreetLeader could be the biggest impact you can make with a gift of support, both immediately and for a better future.
Make a gift and be a partner in Najah and Kionne’s future!

God bless you!
