UrbanPromise provides excellent pathways for people to practice their faith, serve others, and experience diversity while learning about urban issues.

Our wide range of volunteer opportunities are flexible to accommodate your interests and schedule.

WorkDay / Project Opportunities

There are multiple opportunities to join us in doing light construction work, painting, cleaning, landscaping, and other activities on our WorkDays. These activities allow us to utilize our financial resources for programming needs and services to families. Several projects we are currently involved in require professional services including General Contracting, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical Work, and other building related professions. WorkDays are the first Saturday of every month and include a special Panel Discussion by our StreetLeaders to share their perspectives on urban ministry in Wilmington. More information can be found in the attachments below:
