Afterschool Programs

AfterSchool Programs provide homework assistance, tutoring, healthy snacks and recreation for children between 3pm and 6pm from Monday through Thursday. Fun and educational field trips are scheduled regularly. Many special events and activities take place throughout the year, such as the Thanksgiving Dinner, Eastern University Weekend, 1st and 2nd Grade Retreat, Spring Break Trips, and the African Americans of Achievement Speech Contest.

General Info:
• After-School Programs (ASP) run Monday through Thursday from 3:00 - 6pm.
• ASPs begin in mid September and end in late May.
• The ASPs primarily enroll children who live in the immediate neighborhood around the site. Transportation is not provided at this time.
• Fees are $10/month per child or $15 per family.
• Camp Victory, Freedom, Promise and Hope are open to children in grades 1-5. Harmony ASP is open to children in grades 6-8.
