Our UrbanPromise International interns are back home and doing well. Matsiko Ernest (worked at Camp Hope) & Atai Sarah (worked at Camp Freedom) have taken many steps to starting up their program, Mukono Urban Ministry Project, in the last month.
“We have managed to register over 24 Kids and 3 street leaders so far and we hope to identify more kids and street leaders before we go for the selection process. All the above live near the streets and have all lost one of their parents. Some are currently very sick, and others have been chased out of school because of school fees, pencils, books and bad behavior.”
We rejoice about what God is doing with and through our brother and sister in Uganda.
